Resume
👋 Hi there! I’m Sai Ma, a UX designer and accessibility advocate. I have six years of design experience, with the past four years focused on UX/UI. I currently design at Lululemon, optimizing search and discovery interactions. Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with industry leaders like Expedia, Alibaba, and Gensler. I’ve also helped three startups bring their products to market, from concept to launch. My strength lies in crafting intuitive, user-centered solutions that balance diverse user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

✨ With a background in architecture and urban design, I bring a holistic perspective to problem-solving. I consider the entire system, ensuring consistency across the user journey while proactively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

🔭 I have a curious mindset and am always eager to expand my skills. Some of my recent learnings include:

 • Accessibility & Inclusive Design: Co-designed a sound detection tool with d/Deaf and hard-of-hearing participants.
 • Qualitative Research: Conducted diary studies, focus groups, and co-design sessions to explore how college students use and perceive generative AI.
 • JavaScript: Developed an interactive iPad game for toddlers.

💖 Outside the digital canvas, I love handcrafting and exploring different cultures. I'm also a proud mom to a 2-year-old girl and a 6-year-old tabby cat.

👉 If you share my enthusiasm for design or simply want to connect, I'd love to hear from you!
